UNTANGLE primarily issues digital event tickets. As tickets are delivered electronically and grant access to time-bound events, there is generally no physical product to return.

• Tickets once issued are non-returnable.
• Any merchandise sold at or for events may have its own product-specific return rules, which will be mentioned at the point of sale.
• Damaged or incorrect physical items (if any) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof.
• Returns, if allowed for merchandise, will only be accepted in unused condition with original tags/packaging.

We try to keep our refund rules transparent and fair for all attendees.

• Change of mind / personal reasons: Tickets are generally non-refundable in such cases.
• Event cancellation by organizer: If an event is fully cancelled, eligible attendees may receive a full or partial refund as per the official announcement.
• Event reschedule: Existing tickets may remain valid for the new date. In limited cases, a refund window may be announced.
• Any applicable convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or taxes may be non-refundable and are subject to third-party policies (e.g., Razorpay).
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time frame as per banking/payment gateway timelines.

All refund decisions are at the discretion of the UNTANGLE organizing team and may vary from event to event.
